A fresh coat of chassis black
These components are very solid so no hidden damage was found during the blasting process. After prep and setup, everything is ready for a day of painting. A solid coat of Eastwood etching primer is applied, followed with epoxy primer, and finished with a few coats of chassis black.
We have the sandblasted parts back from Cobern Machine Shop and Sandblasting in Pensacola, Fl.. A few coats of chassis black await.
With the engine and motor mounts here, it's time to get serious and start this restoration project.
